Cute Embellishment to Make (Blast from the Past) and another Postcrossing Postcard

I came across this embellishment on Crafting in a Crazy World.  I remember making these at school and up to this point hadn't thought of using it on a card or a layout.  But it's cute and I have used it on a card.
